• Required Licenses/Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification
• Experience: ICU experience, Epic experience preferred, critical care skills in CVICU, SICU, transplant recovery, and RRT

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care for ICU patients, including post-op cardiac, transplant, and recovery cases
• Manage patients with complex conditions such as PA catheters, balloon pumps, and IABP
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to emergency situations, including potential assignment to "Emergency Team" during incidents
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic medical records
• Support float requirements across ICU units and step-down units as needed

What You Need:

• Valid ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification
• ICU experience, preferably in CVICU, SICU, or transplant units
• Experience with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and RRT
• Epic EMR experience preferred

• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Critical care certifications and additional specialized training
