We are seeking a full time EXPERIENCED Program Manager who will manage, oversee and provide direction to assigned coordinators and support staff team in our various group home locations. Must have a current assisted living director license.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Multi-site management, ability to effectively lead by overseeing consumers support plans. Applicants should have an experienced working knowledge of the Department of Human Services and Minnesota Statute 245D 's rules.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: PRIOR 2 YEARS MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE IN A GROUP HOME SETTING, Bachelors degree in social services/human services field, psychology or sociology, supervisory and program management experience, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, ability to work toward accomplishing outcomes desired by the consumers, ability to juggle several hot priorities at once. Applicants must be flexible with every other weekend work requirement, be able to respond timely, quickly and effectively to crisis at any of the homes and other duties as required.

Salary is based on experience and negotiable.
