Sales ManagerTRG Lakeland (MaxPak), a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales organization, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across our operations. This position offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping sales strategy, developing talent, and expanding market presence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.As Sales Manager, you will:Lead and manage the sales organization, including sales, design, customer service, scheduling, and shipping-related functions.Monitor sales volume, product mix, and overall sales performance.Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.Establish performance expectations and conduct employee evaluations.Resolve customer concerns while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.Analyze market trends and recommend changes to products, staffing, inventory, or equipment as needed.Prepare annual sales forecasts and performance reports.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.QualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 10 years of sales experienceMinimum 5 years of supervisory or management experienceMinimum 5 years of experience within the corrugated packaging industryPreferredBachelor's degree or higherWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou are a strong leader who can inspire teams, build customer trust, and turn strategy into results.
