Staffing Recruiter job at Adecco US, Inc., located in Santa Clara, CA. Minimum pay $49.00/hr–$52.00/hr. Adecco is hiring immediately. Duties Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Utilize, leverage, and develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Conduct regular follow‑up with managers and recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes). Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendors). Develop/utilize employment branding at the global level. Utilize and maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, and metrics, and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process. Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires. Utilize recruitment budget within given targets. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required. Years of experience: 4–7 years. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering functions and disciplines. Desired: Recruiter experience for engineering roles, semiconductor experience, work with tech organizations. Computer Skills: Applicant Tracking System experience required; data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau desired. Soft Skills: Customer‑centric, negotiation, coaching, strong written and verbal communication.
