Senior Analyst, National Data Operations

AbbVie seeks a Senior Analyst to oversee national Rx and sales data operations, ensuring data quality and supporting cross-functional reporting for the US organization. The role involves managing Immunology data repositories, coordinating with external vendors, supervising offshore teams, and leading data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Immunology data repositories process, including vendor interface and business rule implementation
• Serve as Data Steward for syndicated national data, overseeing quality management and governance adherence
• Supervise offshore support team responsible for repositories across therapeutic areas
• Coordinate cross-functional data enablement and validation for KPI trackers and automation initiatives
• Perform user acceptance testing, validate metrics, and drive discrepancy resolution before production deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years analytics experience (with Bachelor's) or 2+ years (with Master's)
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools
• Expert-level Excel data analysis and pivot table skills
• Experience with user acceptance testing and data reconciliation
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial environment preferred
• Python experience a plus
