Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Construction Laborers for an immediate start in Lakeland, FL

PAY: $20.00/hour
HOURS: 40 hours per week
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
START DATE: 08/09/2026

DURATION: 3+ Months

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking 2 Semi-Skilled Helpers  for a construction project in  L akeland, FL. We are looking for dependable individuals with construction experience who are ready to assist with demolition and concrete removal in a physically demanding work environment.

Job Duties:

• Perform demolition and concrete removal
• Operate a jackhammer safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Assist the crew with general labor tasks as needed
• Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow all OSHA and job site safety requirements
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work including bending, standing, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting materials throughout the workday.
• Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or demolition experience preferred
• Experience using a jackhammer is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
