Our company mission is simple: Save coaches and administrators time with everything they do off the field so they have more time to impact young lives on it.Work Type: OnsiteLocation Details: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pmMandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.How You Will Make an ImpactAs a member of the Production/Warehouse team, the Forklift Driver plays a critical role making sure all inventory is accounted for and placed in the most efficient locations for optimizing our distribution flow. You'll make sure products are physically and systematically in best location. This role is key to an efficient and effective operation by ensuring inventory is accurately managed.What You Will DoAccurately put away, count, or replenish products per operational and automated system directionFollow Standard Work Instruction properly to mitigate lossPartner with or assist Inventory Control to resolve inventory and order issuesContinue to improve processes ensure accurate and timely delivery of productOperate power equipment in a safe and proficient mannerAssist in slotting changes to optimize picking efficiency and space utilizationOccasionally assist Facilities with movement of boxesQualificationsGreat attention to detailGreat attitude and coachabilityGreat organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize work tasksAbility to work well with other individuals/departmentsAbility to solve problemsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Prior WMS (Warehouse Management System) experienceAbility to work in non-climate-controlled environmentAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendanceEducation/ExperienceSAP Experience is a bonusPrior lift experience is a bonusPrior RF Scanner experience is a bonusPrior inventory control experience is a bonusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonusPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours per shift), including standing on moving equipment to perform job functions. Must be able to work at heights of 3-4 levels up while picking boxes from locations. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis, including reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-40 lbs. on a regular basis.
