Are you skilled, safety-minded, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a reliable Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our team in a cold storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. If you’re comfortable working in a cold environment and want a stable opportunity with great pay, this role is for you!

Location: East Side of Indianapolis
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Work Environment: Cold storage facility (34&degree;F)

Job Summary:

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for moving, loading, and organizing product throughout a temperature-controlled warehouse. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations efficient, accurate, and safe while supporting production and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport product with accuracy and care
• Support warehouse and production teams by moving materials where needed
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a cold storage environment

What You’ll Need:

• Previous forklift operating experience
• Current forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work in a cold environment (34&degree;F) for extended periods
• Dependability and strong attendance record
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of your shift
