Looking for Forklift Operator jobs in McCordsville where your equipment skills keep warehouse operations moving? This opportunity lets you safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

Loading/unloading, stacking goods to assigned places. Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies to the Warehouse Manager.

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to obtain Industrial Truck/Forklift Certification through company-provided training.
Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter and track inventory data using warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and related technology.
1+ years of forklift experience.
Material handling a plus.
Knowledge of inventory control, stock rotation, shipping, receiving, and warehouse safety procedures.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Frequently lift, move, and position products, materials, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. , with specific areas requiring routine lifting of materials up to 85 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and stoop throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in warehouse environments with exposure to temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, odors, and other industrial conditions.
Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment.
Must wear required PPE, including safety footwear and other facility-specific protective equipment.
Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to safely load, unload, transport, and store products .
Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
Verify shipment quantities, inspect products for damage, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and transactions.
Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and warehouse organization.
Change propane tanks, charge batteries, and maintain material-handling equipment as required.
Follow OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, food safety standards, and company safety policies.
Maintain a clean work environment by supporting housekeeping and 5S initiatives.
