Job Position: Paralegal

AMMON Staffing is hiring an Executive Legal Assistant in Baton Rouge, LA. This is an onsite position supporting a legal team in the insurance industry.

Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Responsibilities
Research and review third-party record requests and prepare responses.
Review, organize, redact, and produce records in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.
Research company systems and document repositories to locate requested information.
Maintain case files, databases, charts, and tracking documents.
Communicate with requestors and internal departments to facilitate timely responses.
Assist with other legal and administrative support as needed.

Requirements
5+ years of administrative support experience; legal or insurance experience preferred.
Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Access. WordPerfect experience preferred.
Experience with eDiscovery or document management software preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Must be comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Must live within 45 miles of the Baton Rouge BCBSLA office.
Must be available to work onsite in Baton Rouge.
