Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, with a focus on creating a safe and engaging environment for young children (age 2 years). Responsibilities Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum Teach beginning reading and math skills Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques Communicate with parents and other school personnel Assess students' skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones Qualifications Experience working with toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting DCF 45 hours CPR and First Aid certification Benefits 401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Paid time off Parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr Lil' Voyager's Academy
