We are seeking professional, motivated individuals to join our busy multi-specialty Dental Office as a Junior Receptionist . This position offers great growth potential, with the opportunity to become Full Time for the right candidate! Requirements:
- BILINGUAL – English & Spanish REQUIRED
Must speak and translate fluently in both languages. - Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Computer-savvy with good typing and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, well-spoken, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls , including multiple phone lines
- Communicate courteously and confidently with patients over the phone
- Register and check in incoming patients
- Support front desk operations as needed
