The ideal candidate combines experience in business analytics, forecasting, revenue management, and retail execution with marketing acumen to identify growth opportunities, optimize investments, and contribute to profitable market share growth.The Associate Brand Manager will support commercial analytics, performance measurement, pricing architecture, assortment optimization, and demand forecasting for the Similac portfolio. This individual will leverage consumer, shopper, syndicated, financial, and retail performance data to identify opportunities, inform decision-making, and support profitable growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to connect insights to business actions, and effective collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver against portfolio objectives.What You'll Work OnStrategic & Commercial Analytics & Marketing LeadershipServe as the business performance lead for Similac, translating data, insights, and market trends into actionable growth strategies.Identify key consumption drivers, growth opportunities, risks, and market dynamics through analysis of consumer, shopper, retailer, and syndicated data.Develop data-driven recommendations to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.Support business forecasting processes, scenario planning, and demand projections to back financial and operational decision-making.Conduct analyses on pricing elasticity, promotional effectiveness, assortment optimization, and retail performance.Retail Strategy & Revenue Growth ManagementEvaluate distribution opportunities, whitespace opportunities, and channel expansion strategies to accelerate growth.Optimize trade and shopper marketing investments through ROI analysis, performance measurement, and post-event evaluations.Partner with Sales and Category Leadership to develop compelling retailer strategies and customer-facing growth stories.Strategic Planning & ExecutionTranslate brand positioning and marketing strategies into actionable retail programs that drive consumer conversion and customer growth.Partner with Innovation teams to support new product launches through business case development, launch analytics, pricing recommendations, and commercialization planning.Develop executive-level recommendations supported by analytics and strategic rationale.Aid in National Sales Meeting content, business planning materials, and senior leadership presentations.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights & Analytics, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Shopper Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive business objectives.Influence senior stakeholders through fact-based recommendations and strategic storytelling.Build alignment across functions to ensure effective execution of growth initiatives and business priorities.Required QualificationsBA/BS degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or a related field.2-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, or Consumer-Packaged Goods Marketing.Preferred QualificationsMBA strongly preferred.Experience with forecasting, demand planning, profitability analysis, and business performance management.Experience analyzing syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, retailer POS data, shopper insights, etc.).Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, pricing analysis, ROI optimization, and trade investment evaluation.Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling capabilities.MISC:This is an on-site role - not a remote role.Sponsorship: we will not provide sponsorship of any kind for this role (including OPT).Relocation assistance is not offered for this role.Apply NowLearn more about our benefits that add real value to your life to help you live fully: Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that provides the growth and strength to build your future.
