Studio 6 Atlanta Lithia Springs is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team!

As a newly opened extended-stay hotel, we are building a team of hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering excellent guest service, creating a welcoming environment, and making every guest feel at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Perform guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation modifications accurately.
• Assist guests with reservations, room rates, availability, and extended-stay inquiries.
• Process payments, deposits, and guest account balances.
• Explain hotel policies, including extended-stay procedures, payment requirements, and housekeeping schedules.
• Monitor guest accounts and coordinate payment collection for weekly and extended-stay reservations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean, ready, and properly maintained.
• Maintain accurate guest records, shift reports, and front desk documentation.
• Follow hotel safety, security, cash-handling, and operational procedures.
• Support management with daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in extended-stay hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel reservation systems.
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling payments and reservations.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist other team members.
