THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Wellness Advocate to join our Nutrition Nest Clinic team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves health, nutrition, and longevity—and wants to help
others discover that same passion.
You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, guiding them through their experience,
maintaining the wellness space, and supporting the clinic’s smooth operation. Whether
helping someone schedule a service, preparing recovery stations, or sharing your favorite
functional wellness product, you’ll play a vital role in creating a calm, uplifting
environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Guest Experience & Frontline Support (40%)
• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and service orientation
• Provide basic information about clinic services, therapies, and memberships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all wellness areas
• Assist with light preparation and turnover of treatment or recovery rooms
Operations & Administrative Support (50%)
• Process payments and manage client scheduling software
• Support the Wellness Team with stocking, inventory, and client communication
• Maintain logs, checklists, and cleanliness standards throughout the clinic
• Coordinates business operations and provides a variety of administrative support to
an assigned clinical department to ensure efficient operations and support the
delivery of safe and quality patient care
• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring a seamless workflow for therapists and
staff
• Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and faxes in a timely manner
Team Collaboration (10%)
• Work closely with RDNs, CNS, wellness advocate leads, and attendants to ensure
seamless service
• Assist with special events, wellness talks, and seasonal promotions
• Serve as a liaison between the therapy team and administrative staff to ensure
effective communication
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with
practice policies

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience working in health care setting with administrative duties
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software.
Passion for nutrition, wellness, and healthy living
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
Willingness to learn about longevity, supplements, and integrative health
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
