About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance and Operations to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of its U.S. business. This senior leadership position is a key strategic hire, with a focus on building and scaling the firm's finance and operational infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all finance and operations activities, including overseeing accounting, budgeting, payroll, and vendor management. They will also be instrumental in supporting fund launches, and investment vehicles, and driving platform expansion. The role demands the ability to build scalable processes, controls, and operational workflows, as well as the capacity to partner with external providers such as fund administrators, legal, compliance, and accounting teams. Applicants for the Head of Finance and Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in VC and/or PE fund accounting and operations, with a strong understanding of fund operations and investment structures. RIA experience is essential, and a background in supporting fund launches or SPVs is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building or scaling processes in a growing environment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills are also required.
