Graphic Designer - Print/Digital

Leading Cosmetics Brand is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer (Print/Digital) to join its creative team. We are a leading cosmetics brand with a modern bold aesthetic, looking for a creative and conceptual designer with practical production skills. Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Key Responsibilities Design key art and campaign collateral for in‑store displays, PR mailers, event signage, ads, billboards, and print media. Create print and digital assets, ensuring all deliverables align with visual style and branding guidelines. Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, adhering to production and marketing schedules and delivering work on or ahead of deadlines. Track timelines, prioritize workload, and collaborate using tools such as Monday.com and Dropbox. Ensure all graphics and visual elements support a cohesive, focused brand point of view across channels. Strategize, manage, and evolve design guidelines and packaging systems to maintain a strong, consistent brand identity. Prepare and package files for print, social, and web; collaborate with external vendors on proofing, color‑matching, approvals, and exports for multiple aspect ratios. Maintain strong communication with production vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure best‑in‑class output. Ensure all creative meets brief requirements, including correct dimensions, resolution, formats, and die‑lines. Qualifications 3+ years of package and print design experience. Strong conceptual design skills with a portfolio showcasing elevated, modern, bold work across print and digital. Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, with the ability to handle multiple rounds of revisions. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to take ownership and step in where needed. Demonstrated ability to optimize design for marketing performance and stay current on industry and digital art trends. Employment Details Contract to Hire (Hybrid Work Schedule).
