What You'll DoAs an ABH Recovery Assistant (RA) & CSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey toward greater independence and community integration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with disabilities and other barriers in achieving their personal goals.
- Providing quality care and guidance to promote self-advocacy and independence.
- Supporting community inclusion efforts by helping individuals engage in meaningful activities and relationships.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for those we serve.
We’re seeking someone who is not only skilled but also shares our passion for helping others succeed. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
- A commitment to our mission of enhancing lives and promoting community integration.
