Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing client phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the provided methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives
Document and keep records of customer interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Maintain sensitivity to confidential client information

Pharmacy or healthcare experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
