About Our Agency
I opened my agency in 2011 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years on the corporate side of State Farm in several different roles, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and helped shape the way I lead and support my team today. I attended Cumberland University, played baseball, and I'm a proud parent of two kids. In the office, we keep things fun, supportive, and team-focused and I'm especially proud that we've built a workplace with long-term stability and low turnover. People enjoy being here, and we work hard to make sure everyone feels valued and set up for success. For our team, we offer PTO, paid vacation, a health stipend, a 401k, and licensing reimbursement. We're looking for someone who brings a great attitude, enjoys working in a team environment, and wants to grow in a place where they'll be supported long-term. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
