2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Pay: based on experience $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for a direct-hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Sheboygan.
If you have experience fixing manufacturing equipment and enjoy troubleshooting mechanical or electrical problems, we want to hear from you.
You don't need to know everything. We're looking for dependable maintenance people with a solid foundation who are willing to learn and grow.
What You'll Do
You'll help keep production equipment running by:
- Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
- Handling mechanical and electrical repairs
- Working with motors, bearings, sensors, conveyors, belts and gearboxes
- Troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Responding to equipment breakdowns
- Reading basic schematics and equipment manuals
- Working safely and following Lockout/Tagout procedures
What We're Looking For
If you have industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience , we'd like to talk with you.
We're especially interested in people with experience in some combination of:
Mechanical repair • Electrical troubleshooting • Hydraulics • Pneumatics • Motors • Conveyors • Preventive maintenance • Equipment troubleshooting
Experience with PLCs, 480V/3-phase electrical, VFDs, CNC equipment, robotics, or automated equipment is necessary.
