Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse position specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) is available in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care on a 28-bed medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring. Candidates must bring their nursing license on the first day. The position involves 12-hour day and evening shifts, with a weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed, starting on 07/20/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Madison, WI
• Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, ?2 years of recent acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty, EMR experience with Epic, patient ratio experience of 5, previous charge nurse experience preferred but not required
• Certifications: BLS
• Additional Information:
  • Parking permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite ( transportation options available include bus, park and ride, private parking, etc.
  • Holidays as needed.
  • Pass/Fail testing with strict criteria required prior to start, including a telemetry exam with two attempts.
