Registered Nurse - Med Surg, travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date: July 6, 2026. This 13-week, travel temporary assignment offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night schedule (2x3 nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Weekly pay ranges from $2,280 to $2,396. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to adults on a high-acuity Med Surg/Respiratory Care unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Monitor vitals, respond to changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns per unit protocols
- Administer medications and therapies accurately, manage IVs and lines, and document outcomes in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans; coordinate discharge planning and patient education
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards; assist with procedures and respond to rapid responses as needed
- May float to related Med Surg units within the Concord area as staffing requires; maintain competency across multiple care settings

Requirements
- Licensure: Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required at submission; Nursys license verification for all active RN licenses
- Certifications: BLS required; NHISS required prior to start; ACLS preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years minimum Med Surg experience; will consider Critical Care RNs who are fluent with Med Surg ratios and acuity
- Onboarding/testing: Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred score of 80%
- Education: Registered Nurse (BSN not required but preferred for some units); EMR experience preferred (Cerner)
- Additional: RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission; local candidates within 50 miles eligible for local rate
