End Date: 11/07/2026

Shift: 10H Days (0630-1500 or 1045-1915)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Contract / Per Diem

Licensing/Certifications: Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CSFA or CSA (preferred)

Experience: At least 2 years in OR / acute care setting; experience with robotic surgery preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $50.92/hour

What You'll Do

• Assist in a busy OR surgical suite with various case types including robotic, neuro, bariatric, urology, and transplant surgeries
• Circulate during procedures; scrub experience a plus
• Support patient care before, during, and after surgeries
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain sterile environments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia, surgical techs, and physicians
• Participate in orientation and ongoing unit training
• Cover call shifts as scheduled, including weekends and holidays

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience in acute care
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; NIHSS preferred
• Experience with robotic surgeries (Da Vinci), neuro-spine, neuro-vascular procedures strongly preferred
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
• Flexibility to work scheduled and call shifts, including weekends and major holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
