Associate Litigation Attorney

C. is seeking a qualified Litigation Associate to join its litigation practice in its Springfield office. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, as well as advanced communication, writing, and analytical skills. The candidate must be self-motivated with the drive to help shape and expand a growing practice and the ability and confidence to work independently. Handling all aspects of discovery such as working with clients to collect discovery, managing experts, and drafting requests and responses to written discovery. · Managing cases including identifying and tracking deadlines, delegating tasks to other attorneys and/or staff, and communicating with clients regarding status. · Drafting motions · Interested candidates should submit a resume, law transcript, and a writing sample.
