Operations Lead

Overview We're hiring an Operations Lead in Washington, D.C. Globeia is a global mobility platform helping individuals and companies navigate immigration, relocation, and cross-border compliance. We operate across the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, India, and Europe, and we're growing fast. Our D.C. office is at the center of our U.S. operations. We need someone to run it, grow it, and eventually build a real team around it. What this role actually is You will oversee document services and admin staff in D.C. today. Over time you will help plan departments, hire people, and put the structure in place for a much bigger operation. You will also travel to our offices around the world several times a year to train local teams, align on how we work, and help build a global operation that functions as one unit regardless of geography. You will be in real planning conversations, not just executing someone else's decisions. You are probably a fit if: You have managed people before and you are good at it. You are organized without being rigid. You can hold multiple priorities at once and still follow through on all of them. You communicate clearly, you take ownership, and you do not need someone checking in on you constantly. International travel sounds exciting, not inconvenient. Requirements: 3 or more years in operations, office management, or a similar role. Experience managing staff. Strong written and verbal communication.
