Accounts Payable Specialist
Wallwork Truck Center is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working with numbers in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Process invoices and ensure bills are paid accurately and on time
- Capture available vendor discounts
- Review and verify proper GL coding and approvals
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Work closely with vendors and internal departments
- Help keep our AP processes organized and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with GL account reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
