Job Details:

• BC/BE Vascular Surgeon sought to join an expanding Vascular service line with a specific focus on Dialysis Access
• Join a collegial eleven-member group of fellowship-trained vascular surgeons
• Practice focused across the greater Hartford area, including ambulatory offices, satellite hospitals, and an 860-bed tertiary center
• Position involves creation and maintenance of dialysis access including AV fistulas and grafts for patients throughout the Greater Hartford area
• Work closely with local Nephrology partners to facilitate coordination of care for dialysis access patients
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient-based treatment and management for dialysis access patient population

• Central teaching site of the University of Connecticut vascular surgery fellowship and general surgery residency
