Now Hiring: Field Services Technician

$29/hour + Mileage Reimbursement + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for new Ricoh team members!

Are you mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and enjoy working independently? Join Ricoh as a Field Services Technician , where you'll provide on-site equipment support, customer training, troubleshooting, and service solutions for a variety of business equipment.

✅ $29/hour
✅ $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
✅ Mileage reimbursement for business travel
✅ Personal vehicle required (valid driver's license and insurance required)
✅ Independent field-based role

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service business equipment
Provide customer training and support
Manage service calls and maintain productivity goals
Maintain inventory and complete service documentation
Build strong customer relationships and identify service opportunities

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with electronics, mechanics, equipment maintenance, or technical service work preferred
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Valid driver's license, required auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle
