Rather than waiting for issues to surface through support channels, you'll initiate contact early, establish trust from the start, and maintain enough proximity to address concerns before they grow. What You Will Be Doing Addressing parent inquiries and concerns through email and chat with responsiveness, empathy, and precision Recognizing student achievements and growth through personalized, meaningful communication Building connections among GT families to foster community engagement and advocacy Collecting parent input and delivering actionable insights to leadership for program enhancement Developing, maintaining, and refining parent-facing support content and knowledge base materials What You Won’t Be Doing Operating from a reactive ticket queue, waiting for problems to arrive Following scripts or depending on inflexible response templates Delivering technical support or diagnosing platform issues Working independently—you'll partner closely with Academic Advisors and leadership Viewing families as transactions or metrics—each parent represents a genuine relationship Family Engagement Specialist Key Responsibilities Establish proactive, trust-driven relationships with parents that support family retention and advocacy, ensuring parents feel like genuine partners in their child's educational journey.
