You'll contribute to user research, workflow design, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design while learning how enterprise products are built and delivered.This is a design-first role. Strong design thinking, curiosity, and communication skills are what we are looking for in an ideal candidate.What You'll DoCreate wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes in FigmaParticipate in user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessionsHelp translate complex business processes into clear, intuitive user experiencesApply and contribute to established design systems and UI patternsPartner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the design processIterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and technical constraintsSupport accessibility and usability best practices across productsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, UX, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)Portfolio demonstrating both design process and final outcomesExperience using Figma or similar design toolsUnderstanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction designStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to receive feedback and learn quickly in a highly collaborative environmentPreferred QualificationsExposure to user research methods such as interviews or usability testingExperience working with design systems or component-based designBasic familiarity with HTML/CSS and how designs are implementedCoursework, internships, bootcamp projects, or personal work that demonstrates end-to-end product design thinking***This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.******This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.***If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
