What This Role Actually Is

This is a hands-on compliance manager role sitting inside our North America compliance function. You will own real workstreams. You will write the reports, maintain the trackers, run the monitoring, manage the licenses, and flag the gaps yourself. You will work directly with operations, legal, and client teams to make sure our regulated service lines stay clean and compliant.

This is not a role where you will build strategy decks and present to committees. This is a role where you will roll up your sleeves and own your domains from end to end.

Where You Will Work

Fully remote with 15 to 20 percent travel to:

• Fayetteville, North Carolina
• Las Vegas, Nevada

Acceptable locations near Las Vegas NV:

What You Will Own

Dialer Compliance

You understand TCPA, ATDS, consent management, and outbound contact rules. You know what a dialer compliance gap looks like and you know how to fix it. You will own this domain across our contact center operations.

AML & KYC

You have worked with anti-money laundering and know your customer requirements in an operational or customer-facing context. You understand how these controls work at the process level inside a BPO or gaming environment not just inside a bank.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

You are familiar with FCPA or equivalent ABAC frameworks. You know how to apply anti-corruption requirements to real business operations and how to flag issues when they arise.

Third-Party Licensing

You have tracked, managed, or renewed licenses across multiple US states or Canadian jurisdictions. You know what a licensing deadline looks like and you do not miss them. You will own the tracker and the relationships.

Compliance Monitoring & Reporting

You run controls testing, document findings, and prepare clear compliance reports that leadership can actually use. You maintain a live compliance matrix and you keep it current.

What Your Background Looks Like

You must have:

• 2 to 5 years of compliance experience as your primary job function
• Industry background from gaming or iGaming, insurance, BPO, contact center, outsourcing, or dialer/telemarketing operations at least one of these, ideally more
• Hands-on working knowledge of at least two of the four core domains above TCPA, AML/KYC, ABAC, or third-party licensing
• Strong documentation and reporting skills you write clearly and your findings make sense to non-compliance audiences
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with full accountability for your outputs

It is a bonus if you have:

• Gaming commission filing experience state licensing, iGaming, sports betting, responsible gaming
• Multi-state insurance producer licensing or P&C regulatory compliance experience
• Canadian regulatory exposure CASL or provincial licensing variation
• GRC tool experience ServiceNow, Archer, MetricStream, NAVEX, OneTrust
• CAMS, CCEP, CFE, or CRCM certification

We will not progress your application if:

• Your compliance experience is exclusively from retail banking, investment banking, asset management, FinTech, or financial institutions
• You are outside 60 miles of Fayetteville NC or Las Vegas NV
• Compliance has been a side function rather than your primary role
• You are at Director, VP, or CCO level and looking for strategic leadership scope
