Job Description Job Description Join a fast paced production team operating Button Making Equipment used to create high quality promotional products. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where consistency, efficiency, and pride in your work matter. No prior experience with our equipment is required. We provide full training for the right candidate, with opportunities for growth through our operator levels. Pay is quota based and starts at $15hr. The Button Maker will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance and product quality. Candidates must have a keen attention to detail, professionalism in interactions with colleagues, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Physical demands include: excellent hand/eye coordination, sitting for prolonged periods of time, frequently reaching over workstation to lift & move up to 10lbs, occasionally climbing, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to safety standards, company policies and procedures are also integral to this role. Duties and Responsibilities * Maintain reliable punctuality with minimal absences. * Ensure products meet customer specifications by reviewing job tickets. * Achieve or exceed the daily production target of 4,000 pieces. * Accurately record order numbers, product details, and quantities. * Conduct frequent inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Refill and maintain parts carts as needed. Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Compensation * Starting at $15.00 - $20.00 hourly Benefits * Paid time off, sick time and paid holidays * All paid major Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Day).
