Pay Range Based on experience. Starting base salary: $55,000+ (Including a competitive Bonus Program) Job Description Maintains inventory levels and purchasing. Ensures operational standards and goals. Responsible for all daily paperwork. Oversees development and growth of employees. Ensures team is knowledgeable of job expectations. Understands guest needs and exceeds their expectations. Manages and develops team. Implements appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales. Maintains safe working conditions. Follows company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment. Ensures all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations. Works closely with management to meet revenue objectives. Schedules and oversees staff departments. Qualifications 2+ Years of FOH Restaurant Management Title 4 Liquor Certification Food Handlers Certification Aloha POS experience a plus Extensive beer knowledge Emphasis on guest relations Great with people (and dogs of course!)
