Description

• Assess patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments and tailor personalized treatment approaches
• Implement physical therapy techniques focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functionality

• Guide patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise routines
• Maintain comprehensive records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in multidisciplinary team rounds and conferences to facilitate coordinated patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent accredited degree

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
