Dental Office Operations Leader in Training

PDS Health

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Baton Rouge, LA. The role blends structured learning with on-the-job practice to ready you to independently run a dental office within 4–6 months after completing the OM Development Program. You will develop leadership, coaching, and regulatory expertise while driving revenue growth and managing expenses under supervision, with advancement to a salaried role upon program completion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
