The Marron Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The chosen candidate will act as the primary contact for our valued customers, ensuring that they receive top-tier service, while simultaneously driving our company's ongoing growth and success.
Responsible for managing client relationships, the Account Manager will handle entire portfolios and work closely with internal departments such as Sales and Marketing to ensure love clarity and efficiency. In this crucial role, the successful candidate will perform a range of duties:
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving problems effectively
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Attending scheduled meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Preparation and delivery of reports related to account status and progress
Qualifications for the role of Account Manager at Marron Group, Inc. include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a client service or account management role
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A background in customer service and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
