Performance Nutrition Intern

The Role And What You’ll Do We are seeking an intern for the UFC Performance Institute – Performance Nutrition team. The position is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with no relocation, housing, or transportation assistance provided. Responsibilities Assist the Performance Nutrition team with sport nutrition-related tasks. Manage the fueling station and prepare fueling and/or recovery nutrition as required. Help plan and prepare snacks and meal plans. Deliver individual athlete education as required. Ensure clean and hygienic nutritional environments within the facility. Act in an inter‑disciplinary role with other technical areas as required. Qualifications Must be enrolled in a relevant academic program. Must possess or be working toward an RD or CSSD certification. Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and deliver outcome goals effectively. Strong desire to work with elite combat athletes. Experience working with athletes from weight‑categorized sports is desired.
