Senior Territory Manager – Role Overview Senior Territory Manager supports the field and maintenance teams in delivering quality services to existing clients and introduces Agiliti services to new potential clients within a locally defined area. Responsibilities Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers in the designated region. Monitor key performance indicators. Facilitate pickup and delivery of equipment as needed. Deliver educational content on medical devices. Collaborate with the Divisional Operations Manager to introduce new Agiliti services. Lead onboarding of new clients. Develop and maintain customer relationships at departmental and mid‑level management levels within the client organization. Prepare, complete, and review analyses, surveys, and reports for clients. Develop an understanding of contractual provisions and contracting processes for maintenance and repair services. Ensure compliance with Customer, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements. Collaborate with various teams to improve processes, identify gaps, and enhance overall service quality. Coordinate service efforts and coverage for unexpected mobile lab or equipment failure as needed. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time, sometimes on short notice. Experience and thorough knowledge of hospital sterile processing departments and operating room environments. 5 years of management, sales or customer service experience preferred. 2 years of Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) or Operating Room (OR) experience preferred. General knowledge of assigned region and client landscape preferred. Experience in service delivery logistics and cost efficiencies preferred. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Proven track record in matrix management of geographically dispersed staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn company‑specific programs. Certification from International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) and/or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) preferred; can be obtained within six months of hire. Proven leadership and team‑building skills. Demonstrated ability to organize, prepare, and deliver effective customer presentations. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Physical abilities include operating a computer, moving material around the office, remaining seated for extended periods, and communicating with teammates with or without accommodation.
