PD23:BusinessAnalyst–SkillLevel4–HDNOffice(NGA-W) Duties include: Contributestoalltaskssupportingthedevelopment,maintenance,andsustainmentoftheNGA Certification Programin accordance withthe references highlighted in draft DoD Manual3305.10. TrainandleadGEOINTsubjectmatterexpertsindevelopingtestquestionsappropriatefortheproficiencylevel to be assessed and assemble a pilot test. Facilitateandconductastandardsettingpaneltodevelopaprovisionalcutscoreforthe assessment,assistpilot planning and execution. AssessmentDevelopment -WorkincoordinationwithpsychometriciansandSMEstodevelop and refine assessment tools. Required Skills: At least 5 years ofdemonstratedexperience developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and engagingwithGEOINTAnalysts,trainingbodies,andleadershiptoadvanceGEOINTtradecraft development and strategic human capital initiatives. Atleast24monthsdemonstratedexperiencedevelopingandmaintainingcompliancewiththird-party bodies. At least 24 months demonstrated experience designing and constructing legally-defensible test instrumentstoinclude:SubjectMatterExperttraining,ItemDevelopmentworkshopfacilitation, Standard-Setting Panel administration.
