About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving margin expansion and profitability, owning the financial roadmap to support the company's growth, and serving as a key financial operator. This role involves close partnership with functional team leadership across various domains to ensure business performance. The Head of Finance will also be the primary financial liaison with the board and investors, and will be expected to build and own financial models, conduct ROI and margin analysis, and support strategic financial decisions. Additionally, the role includes managing and developing the finance team, driving technology infrastructure within the finance function, and supporting M&A analysis as the company explores inorganic growth opportunities. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a senior finance leadership background with a focus on financial planning, reporting, and operational finance. Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed or venture-backed environment, particularly with a focus on profitability and margin expansion, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical workforce and staffing models, be a strong communicator, and be technically savvy with modern finance tools and ERP systems. M&A experience or exposure is a plus, and a background in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS, with an understanding of recurring revenue models and clinical operations, is strongly preferred. The role requires a self-starter with high initiative, who is proactive in problem-solving and driving solutions.
