What You’ll Do Create 3D models and detailed drawing layouts using specialized design software. Help turn conceptual designs for experiential marketing solutions into buildable, functional solutions. Utilize automation software for CNC programming and part layouts. Design wiring schematics and custom PCBs using electronic design automation tools. Integrate microcontrollers for controls and interactivity. Collaborate directly with project managers and shop leads on fabrication. Participate hands‑on in production to support and refine build quality. What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) Quick thinkers with strong problem‑solving abilities. Comfortable working in a shop and production environment. Familiarity with CAD tools, or the ability to learn fast. Self‑motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow. What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Have) Interest in or experience with CNC, 3D printing, electronics, or fabrication.
