Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatrics in a school-based setting
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• SLPA candidates with appropriate school-based experience are welcome to apply
• Effective communicator and team player, capable of collaborating with educators and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and generate detailed assessment reports

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for services provided
• Engage in virtual and in-person support as needed
