The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems Business area provides actionable intelligence for our warfighters and decision makers through innovative technical solutions from the seas to the stars. The Space Systems Product Line is a premier provider of advanced high-reliability space electronics and mission systems. As a Principal Systems Engineer in the Space System Product line, your responsibilities will include working as an individual contributor as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create engineering solutions for a space payload. You will have the opportunity to support the entire systems engineering lifecycle and support key customer milestones, working with other talented engineers to solve challenging problems to grow within this product area. Motivated and positive minded engineers must hold a United States security clearance and skilled in areas needed for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.


This position is based out of our Hudson NH and Merrimack NH facilities and may require collaboration with staff across our business areas and facilities in the Northeast.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of this particular role, this position will be performed fulltime on site.


* Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Must currently possess an active US Government Secret clearance (with ability to possess TS).
• Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of 8+ years with BS, 6+ years with MS, 4+ years with PHD.
• Experience performing system engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, IV&V, Environmental Testing).
• Test equipment and Hardware integration experience
• Experience being part of a multidisciplinary project team
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active US Government Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
• Working experience with SDRs and Radar applications.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience
• RF Domain Knowledge
• Prior experience working on space qualified hardware
• Familiarity or experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
• Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as Magic Draw.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
