Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator

Location:  North Palm Beach, FL - Not a remote position! :)

SunRay Construction Solutions is seeking an experienced  Marketing Operations Coordinator  with 10+ years of marketing experience  to lead the execution of our marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating all marketing efforts, ensuring every campaign is executed on time, and continuously improving our marketing processes through automation and AI.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own and manage all company social media channels, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content.
• Coordinate and execute all email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Build and maintain marketing automations, customer journeys, and drip campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars from start to finish, including registrations, email promotions, presentations, reminders, follow-up campaigns, and reporting.
• Coordinate company seminars, trade shows, conferences, customer events, and Lunch & Learns.
• Create and manage quarterly marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
• Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, content creation, campaign development, and marketing workflows.
• Coordinate SEO initiatives and work with internal and external resources to improve search rankings.
• Assist with website content updates and landing pages.
• Monitor marketing analytics and campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and the leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• Ensure every marketing project is completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional marketing experience.
• Expert knowledge of Mailchimp and email marketing automation.
• Experience managing business social media platforms and paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and process improvement.
• Experience planning webinars, seminars, and customer events.
• Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Experience with:

• HubSpot
• Mailchimp
• SEO
• B2B marketing
• SaaS or technology marketing
• Working with marketing analytics and reporting.
