Our Sales Mentor/Mentee Program is designed to help new sales consultants build confidence, learn proven sales techniques, and succeed from day one. You\'ll work alongside an experienced sales mentor who will coach you through every step of the sales process. To help you get started, new participants in the Mentor/Mentee Program receive a guaranteed $3,500 per month for their first three months while they learn the business and develop their sales skills. Your goal is to create an exceptional, personalized experience while helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot. Learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions. Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives. Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process. Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service. Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools. Qualifications Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills. Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable learning and using technology and CRM systems.
