Job Summary:

As the Media Manager, you will architect and lead Sun Holdings' paid media strategy across a multi-brand restaurant portfolio. Your mandate is to elevate brand visibility, accelerate traffic growth, and fuel revenue through disciplined media planning and investment management. You will steward our paid media ecosystem-ensuring every dollar is deployed with precision, measurable impact, and alignment to brand and enterprise objectives. This role requires a high-acuity marketer who can translate business goals into cohesive media strategies while fostering strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and agency partners.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital, social, search, programmatic, and traditional channels, ensuring each campaign aligns with brand priorities and business objectives. You will manage media budgets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI while maintaining accuracy and financial discipline. Partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and agency teams, you will ensure timely campaign launches, asset readiness, and effective targeting. You will analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions, leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance continuously. Additionally, you will oversee vendor and agency relationships, track spending, prepare executive-level reporting, and stay ahead of media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge for Sun Holdings' multi-brand portfolio.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

• 3-5+ years of experience in paid media management, media buying, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid search, paid social, display, and cross-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
• Experience managing six- and seven-figure budgets with a focus on ROI optimization.
• Familiarity with key tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, GA4, bid-management tools).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders across marketing and operations.
• Creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach to campaign innovation.
