Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs. Provide administrative support, including saving files, scanning, and uploading data to State Farm. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred but not required. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
