Program Supervisor

Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence‑based therapy for individuals with autism. Kyo serves thousands of children and teens across 11 states. Pay rates – Direct therapy: $25.50 per hour; Supervision duties: $29.50 per hour. Position: Full‑time. Working Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. with 50% of hours allocated to supervision duties. Program Supervisors at Kyo Deliver play‑based, evidence‑based ABA therapy to support children with autism in achieving meaningful goals across home, school, and community settings. Train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, feedback, and modeling to maintain treatment integrity and support skill development. Collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and the creation or updating of program materials and client documentation. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS required). Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or applicable state ABA license. Enrollment in a BACB‑verified course sequence and 12+ semester units in ABA with one year of ABA experience OR Two years of experience designing/implementing behavior intervention services. Experience: Minimum two years working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles. Availability: Weekday afternoon availability required (3–7 p.m.). Transportation: Reliable vehicle with valid in‑state driver’s license and insurance; willingness to travel approximately 45 minutes between work locations, with paid drive time. Technology Skills: Basic computer skills, including experience using a tablet; ability to navigate various online platforms. Access to a smartphone is a requirement. Background Check: Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test (if applicable). Physical Ability: The job involves extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and communicate clearly and participate in physical and play‑based therapies. Locations: Program Supervisors may work in Albany, Beaverton, Clackamas, Forest Grove, Gladstone, Gresham, Hillsboro, Keizer, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Portland, Salem, Sandy, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Wilsonville, or any location within a 45‑minute commute. #J-18808-Ljbffr
