Franchise Partnership Executive

Xendoo is transforming how franchise businesses manage their bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and tax services. We partner with franchise systems across the country to simplify financial operations, giving franchisors greater visibility and franchisees the confidence to focus on growing their businesses.

We're looking for a high-performing Franchise Business Development Representative who understands the franchise ecosystem and has successfully built relationships with both franchisors and franchisees. This is a strategic business development role focused on creating partnerships that scale—from winning individual franchise locations to securing enterprise-level relationships that position Xendoo as a preferred or mandated financial services provider.

About You

You're a hunter with a consultative approach.

You understand that selling into franchise organizations requires persistence, credibility, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders. You're comfortable cold calling franchise executives, development teams, operations leaders, and franchise owners while building consensus across both sides of the franchise model.

You know how to open doors, create executive relationships, and develop long-term partnerships that result in meaningful revenue growth.

You've consistently exceeded quota, thrive in outbound sales, and understand how individual franchisee wins can evolve into enterprise-wide partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Franchise Partnerships

• Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting franchisors across a variety of industries.
• Identify and engage franchise executives including CEOs, Presidents, CFOs, Franchise Development, Franchise Operations, and Vendor Relations leaders.
• Position Xendoo as a strategic financial services partner capable of supporting both franchisor objectives and franchisee success.
• Develop relationships that lead to preferred, recommended, or mandated vendor status within franchise systems.
• Navigate long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining consistent momentum.

Own the Business Development Process

• Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, franchise conferences, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within HubSpot.
• Track account activity across both franchise corporate offices and individual franchise owners.

Collaborate Across the Organization

• Partner with Marketing to develop franchise-specific campaigns and messaging.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding for both franchisors and franchisees.
• Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to improve positioning and sales strategy.
• Help shape repeatable franchise sales playbooks and best practices as the organization expands.

You're a Strong Fit If:

• You've successfully sold to both franchisors and franchisees.
• You have 2-5+ years of successful B2B business development or sales experience.
• Experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, HR, banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, or other business services into franchise organizations.
• You have a proven track record of converting franchise systems into preferred, approved, or mandated vendor relationships.
• You're highly comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling senior executives.
• You understand how to navigate complex organizations with multiple decision-makers.
• You're disciplined with CRM management and forecasting, preferably using HubSpot
